User Conduct
Certain sections of OACC Forum allow Users and Subscribers to post their opinions about issues. Users and Subscribers shall not post or transmit through OACC Forum any material which violates or infringes upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without OACC express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. OACC retains the right to exclude or remove any material that is deemed by it to be inappropriate, or to expose it to potential liability to third parties.

Monitoring
OACC shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of OACC Forum and to exclude or remove any material that is deemed at its sole discretion to be inappropriate according to the above standards or otherwise objectionable, or to expose it to potential liability to third parties.

Third Party Content
OACC Forum contains content about public officials, government bodies, procedures to contact public officials and the media, election information and other information supplied by third parties. OACC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

In many instances, material posted on OACC Forum represents the opinions and judgments of the respective User or Subscriber. OACC Forum does not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made on OACC Forum by anyone other than authorized OACC member  spokespersons while acting in their official capacities. Under no circumstances will OACC be liable for any loss or damage caused by a User's reliance on information obtained through OACC Forum. It is the responsibility of User to evaluate the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice or other content available through OACC Forum.
