Educational Workshop - Part II
The first part was Unity and Diversity in the context of Oromo liberation. Presented Mr. Hassen Hussein

The 2nd part of this workshop begins with the belief that conflicts cannot be avoided, and they can actually propel innovation if handled effectively. This workshop gives our leaders and participants the tools to face conflicts fearlessly and remain neutral while navigating toward a positive outcome. Participants learn how to diffuse tense situations and recognize the real issues at stake, then shift the dynamic to a productive problem-solving experience that satisfies as many of the critical needs as possible.
